I will try to get some updated pictures. Here are some tidbits since I finished keeping the theme of doing it cheap. My electric bill has been about $40-50 per month. I only run the mini splits when we are there. Winter or Summer. It is like an ice box when they are set to 70. Warm at 64. Water bill is $25-30 per month. Real-estate is less than $400 year. Fire ants have been a pain starting in May. We sold our original center console and doubled our money. Covid drove up prices. Purchased and rebuilt a 18 Searay 2004. We are all in at 6K. Boat trailer needed wiring, bunks and hole in the Hull Fiberglassed. Boat required new weather stripping and windshield repair. Seat hardware and ski locker doors rebuilt.
