Changing email here to Outlook

Hello all...I'm switching all of my email accounts from Comcast to Outlook and I'm getting a message here that my brand new Outlook address is banned. I tried another one of my new Outlooks addresses with the same result. I tried a Gmail account and the site took the change OK. Just wondering if Outlook email is banned across the board here?

Don't know, but wouldn't think Outlook would be banned.

I'm on a computer. Still resisting the smartphone thing. Yeah, the message says all of my new Outlook accounts that I tried are banned but it took Gmail no problem. The link to contact an admin. looked like to much trouble and it's not even this site so I'll just stick with Gmail. Thought it was odd about Outlook though.

Outlook is a mail client not a mail server...

I think it's both actually. I use the program Outlook on my computer and made the new email accounts through Outlook.com which is also the last part of my address's now instead of Comcast.net.
