Front-End Loader change loader to internal hydraulic.....old L345DT..........slow operating.....

just changed the fluid from 80 weight to "trans and hydraulics " fluid.........still very slow operating..........any tips........

my external pump has been replaced a few times along with the chain coupling.$$$$$so I followed the suggestion to change to the "internal" hydraulic system........operation now very slow.......read to replace transmission SAE 80 with "transmission/hydraulic oil"..........still very slow operation..( cleaned the filter etc)..........NOW LOOKING FOR A USED LA450 size loader......have old 1720..Came with the "new " L345DT bought in 1980........did I miss doing something or just not enough power from internal pump ??
