Any issue running Chains on rear R4 Tires on Kubota BX25s? Any problems with clearance? Solutions? :)

This post is 2 years old but here is my 2 cents. I have the bro-tek wheel spacers on the rear of my BX25 for a wider rear profile and in the winter I run chains on the rear and front and what a huge difference for traction and steering on snow/ice. I have the 2 link spacing twist link chains on both front and rear with liquid ballast and 60# wheel weights on rear tires. My backhoe is off for winter and I use a rear 3ph blade. Wow i have no problems pushing/plowing snow. Just go easy and dont run your BX in 4wd unless needed. Also remember to remove your liquid ballast and wheel weights when you put the backhoe back on.

Every winter I install chains on my BX25 - GT11 Two Link Heavy Duty Chains on the front, and GT17-2 Link Heavy Duty Chains on the back. In 4WD mode, this little beast is unstoppable on ice or snow, and will pull stuck cars out of deep snowbanks. There is not an awfull lot of clearance, but chains do fit. Installing chains is a lot easier when you let some air out of the tires.
