heck.. i had to cut up and move some spanish bayonette palms.. i wore my welding gloves and leather welding jacket and chaps to cut.. and even after cutting.. left them on as some armor against the spines!

The main choices are regular or full wrap. Don't be fooled by the term full wrap as they really only wrap around your calves totally. The back of your thighs are still exposed, but the point is they are covering where the higher incidents of injuries occur. Any version does help moving through brush to some degree as they act like armor, but if you need to move like backwards when something catches behind them you will be fighting them a lot for that stuff.
