Rake chain harrow

Would like to know what you all think about a chain harrow.One made by kk or one made by hackett only 55 dollars difference in price.

I just ordered a chain harrow today. It's made by Gearmore and its a 6 x 6 with 5/8" tines and I'm getting the 3pt. lift frame with it.
