certificate errors

Am I the only one that keeps getting this message? -------Internet explorer blocked this web site from displaying some content with security certificate errors .

I have gone into internet explorer under certificates and can't seem to change anything on my ened that will keep this from coming up . Some pictures are blocked with a certificate error message . It may just be on my end as I get that same message on another site but not all sites I visit . I am not very computer savy so any help would be appreciated .

What version of IE? I just tested with IE11 and don't receive a certificate error.

Can you post a picture of the error?

Also, can you post a link to a post you're reading when this happens?

It is all on my end as I found out I couldn't pick up other web sites at all . I went into internet explorer and revisited these sites and they came up fine , I just needed new icons I guess .
