Well done my L4240 last week. Ended up with 260 lbs in each wheel, with loaded tires I have around 1200# on the ground now.

Nice... I'd like to copy that, been thinking of something along those lines for a while.

Did you cast them in the rim? How did you make them? Please share your build method, so I can copy it!

No need to go out of your way, was just wondering how you went about it. I have adjustable wheels, with 4.5" spacers added between the centers and rims. Somewhat visible in this picture.



Like you, I want access to lug nuts without removing the weight, as well as my spacer bolts, in case they need tightened. I want the weight to fit snug, but easily removed.

I'll take a couple pictures tomorrow and if you would send me your phone # and good time to call, I can tell you alot better then I can write it. With the pictures I get tomorrow and us talking you might want to give it a shot.
