Cell bluetooth to landline??

I was wondering how many people have used those set ups that convert the cell phone to use ont he house (landline) wiring.Any suggestions or comments would be nice.

Guilty.
Panasonic.
Loved it.
My wife would routinely come home from work, plop her purse within range of the unit. During the evening she'd get a call on her cell and be able to pick it up on any of our "landline" panasonics. Saved her and I a lot of running for the cell phone.

My parents love theirs. The only complaint they have is not knowing if the call is a land line call or Cell Call.

Mine had different ring tones by default.
