On this website I have negatively commented on my Kioti's backhoe. Carter and Carter were great when I bought my tiller from them a few years ago and last week they were exceptional. I had a much smaller tractor before, a MF 1428 so I had cut down the PTO shaft and thought I needed a new one. After talking with CCM Mark told me I needed only a pto extender for $20. I ordered it and it arrived two days later. I rototilled 4 gardens today.

CCM leads the way on making customers happy and I just wanted them and you to know that.
