cc z-force 44\" deck raising question

I have had this mower for about 4 months and cant seem to figure out how to raise the deck to the 4" height that it claims it can cut. Right now it is cutting about 3" in the highest possible position. The manual says to raise the deck using the front bolts to raise the deck but it doesn't seem to do anything to the back of the deck which is supposed to be higher than the front 1/8 to 1/4 ". Tried calling and emailing cc only to get no response what so ever. Just figured I could give this a shot as there appears to be alot of very knowledgeable people on this site. PS. I really love the mower it was a good buy so far. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Figured it out last night. There is a metal plate on the right side under the mower that attaches to the deck raise lever. The plate has two holes predrilled that attach to the deck lift link just take the piece off and flip it around and use the other hole gains about 3/8". But' remember to take the left side of the deck to match the adjustment made on the right side. Now I just need to get my blades sharpened and I 'll be good to go. Even though I didn't get an answer it was cool to see so many people trying to help a person out. That's great.

Yes, this is a good forum but not real frequently attended. I had a Z Force and could have helped if I had read this in time. The manual has a good description of this procedure.
