Haven't posted in a long time but spend a decent amount of time searching and continue to learn a ton from all of you. So first, Thanks for everyone that answers!! Its a great community to learn from!
My questions that I cannot seem to find anything on:
My Lx410 is not charging. I initially thought it was just a battery as it was 7 years old and we have some pretty massive swings in temps up here in sNH season to season. However, 1 month later battery dead. Easily jumps though...
I haven't put a meter on it yet. I am assuming though my alternator (or is it a generator; not sure, still new at this!) is not functioning properly.
1. Are they (alternators) easy to repair or once they are gone you have to buy a new one?
2. Has anyone had similar experience?
3. If not my alternator, how do I check for electric leak somewhere?
