99% sure that is a briggs. The Kohlers have a different air cleaner cover.
That's a nice setup with the hydraulic lines. You have three valves there, so you could add a front plow with power angle. I've used that setup before and it works great.
The rear lights are another indicator of year, I believe they stopped adding the lights in....03?? I think....have to check on that.
