can any body tell me what is difference between cat 272c and cat287c.is any of you using one of these machines for snow plowing?how they are for clearing brush?

One has wheels one has tracks. ALWAYS get the tracks for off road use. The traction is amazing and they float over terrain.

THE 277 HAS A RADIAL LIFT WHERE THE 87 IS VERTICLE. BOTH ARE 82HP. THE 277 IS 500LBS LESS, 277 HAS TIPPING LOAD OF 6675, AND 7743LBS FOR THE 287. IF YOU WANT TO USE IT FOR FORESTRY, I WOULD LOOK INTO THE 9C SERIES. THE 279,89,99 HAS A DIFFERENT UNDERCARRIGE THAT TAKES THE WOODS A BIT BETTER.
