I was in there a few months ago looking for track gear for the Rayco and got yarning to them about a machine that's a bit more versatile and hence the photo

Wonder if the steel tracks side hill any better than the rubber track ? We have a 299D rubber track as a demo right now and it is a really nice machine. The steel track is a 15 k upgrade from my understanding

This is somewhat old news other than being direct from cat I suppose. You can purchase the steel track undercarriage from Supertrak if I remember right they quoted me around $18k 2yrs ago for my 299c.
