Cat 248b wont start

Good afternoon all, I'm having some issues with my cat 248b. It was running fine and then today I cannot get it to start up. I have checked the lap bar and the seat safety switch there are no problems with either. When I first turn the key on it is showing that the lap bar is working properly in the parking brake is on but I cannot get it to turn over. I have checked the battery and it is charged. I checked all the fuses under the seat and none appear to be blown . Any ideas where to go from here? Any help is greatly appreciated
