Case785 AC PTO not stopping

I overhauled the PTO pack and tested the oilpressures and it is fine. 11 Bar when engaged and it falls to zero when stopped.
My problem is it does not stop compleetly. The PTO lever is free from the fork so no half engaging.
What/where can I check for it to stop compleetly ?

I refilled the gearbox with the old oil. That oil visc I do not know. Mybe I should drain all and replace it with Hi-tran oil ?

Is there an adjustment on the pto brake..??

Its part of the pack and it do not have a adjustment

I went back today to check in this isu. Removed the pack and stripped it again. Then I see my mistake ! Assemble correct and inrall it . All is fine now.
