Mowing Case IH vs New Holland for rear scv's

Will the New Holland TC 40 rear SCV kit fit a Case D40. It is over $200.00 dollars more at the Case dealer vs the New Holland dealer.I think they are the same tractor. I was priced $550.00 for the total setup.
