I have a Case IH JX95 that appears to be running fine until a put a blade in the ground. It running without fault for 100 or so yards then the engine revs slow until the engine stops. Turning of the engine cranks for awhile, then revs to the proper rpm for 100 or so yards for the revs to slow and stop? Suggestions?? Water in the fuel? Fuel pump problems? Turbocharger?

Last JX95 I saw do that, had a cab and the cab was pinching the fuel line.
I'm betting it's fuel related either way...

Definitely a fuel starvation issue. Maybe a clogged fuel tank outlet or fuel filter inlet
You might blow compressed air in the fuel pump inlet line to see if the line/tank has a restriction

If it still has the original water filter package under the cab behind the right side ladder, I'd start right there. When fuel (and sometimes other crap) exits the tank that filter is the first place it goes. Remove the banjo bolt, the fitting from the hose, and all of that. Inspect and clean it all out and see what you find.
