Case/IH BH 102 backhoe for $8400

I am thinking of buying a CASE/IH BH 102 backhoe for my Farmall 45a tractor.

It is a 2008 (but new) and it comes with a mechanical thumb and quick attach subframe.

The only thing is that it's been exposed to the sun quite a bit, the seat is greyed out.

They are asking $8400 or $8700 with a new seat. I am in Canada and everything is a bit more expensive here (usually around 10%)

Anyone experienced this type of backhoe?

Any comments?

What do you think of the price?
