Case/IH 385 w/fel for $6500 - good deal?

Hi again,
A guy is selling a Case/IH with a Bushhog FEL for $6500. It is 2-wheel drive - 38 hp and has 1100 hours on it.

A good place to check prices is Used Tractors at TractorHouse.com: John Deere Tractors, used farm tractors and farm equipment, Case IH, New Holland, Agco, Caterpillar.

Pick the HP range, then the make and finally the model and you should get a listing of tractors for sale with hours, prices and maybe some pictures.

I'm headed over there now just to see what a 385 looks like.

I've seen tractors like that priced that high or higher without the FEL. 1100 hours is not much. If the tractor and FEL are in good condition, not terribly abused or something, I think that's a good deal.
