Case DX29, hydraulics stopped working

I did a hydraulic oil and filter change, just part of the 300-hour maintenance, and now the arms and 3-point hitch won't raise. We blew air into the oil reservoir and bled the lines, but the arms still don't raise; I'm unsure if the pump is working.
I'm new to working on tractors, so don't rule out anything that might seem obvious.

Unless you changed the transmission oil the 3 point shouldn't have been effected.

Is your hydraulic fluid reservoir full, does it have a dip stick or a view port?
If you loosen your hydraulic spin on filter does oil flow out of it.
Is your pump external with a visible suction line? If so can you loosen it and see if you have fluid to the pump.
Or loosen the line leaving the pump and try turning the engine over and watch for fluid leaking.

quite a difference in hydraulics depending on the transmission is your geared or hydrostatic
