I am having some hydro issues with my Case D40. My loader and 3 point is very jerky and slow to operate. My PTO has intermitly stopping. I have replaced my Hydro filter but the get the same results. The pumps seems to be starving for Hydro fluid (of course I am not running it) I have looked at the parts diagram and it does not seem very clear where the hydro strainer is located. Looking at the bottom of the tractor I see a square plate with 6 bolts that it could be under is that it?
