Case 580CK Steering Issues

I have a Case580CK and I'm experiencing excessive steering wheel play. Like multiple turns of the steering wheel to get the tires to move. I've filled the Hyd. fluid but that doesn't seem to help. Any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. jim

I'd say the hand pump needs to be rebuilt or replaced. It's right below the steering wheel.
