Case 580b shuttle/shift

Low power when in gear,foward and rev......rpm @1800+, trans pump gauge in the green, changed fluid and trans filter..could a cloged pickup tube cause this ?? Still scratching my head....Any help before I contemplate the clutches?

Can't really help much but when i was looking at/researching a 580B i remember hearing that a common problem was a clogged pickup screen. If there wasn't much damage done i think a hole could be drilled under the screen to clean it and then tap the hole and install a pipe plug.
Someone more knowledgeable will come along and help you out.
