when I first start my backhoe it seems to function, but slowly. When it gets warm I cannot get it to lift the bucket or anything. I have spoken with many people that are concerned it may be the hydraulic pump that needs replacing. any thoughts?

Connect a gage to the system and check it out. Check all fluids. Check all QD's.

Have you replaced your filter? Another good place to look for answers might be yesterday tractor. I have found lots of answers for my Case dozer.
