Case 580 SE return to dig missing

Hello,
Bought a Case Backhoe just recently. When doing some maintenance and inspection I noticed that a part of the RTD function is missing. It is from where it goes from the right tilt cylinder inside the loader boom. Is this a big deal? Should it be fixed? If so where can I buy the part or how would I build it myself?
