If yours is like my farmall 105U it has the big yellow PTO switch on right pillar. I've had to replace this switch after two weeks use. It has electrohydraulic solenoid engaging PTO. I would use test light to verify lead is off or pull PTO fuse to try shutting it down. Trace back to the switch from there. Hope that helps.
