Just like DK35Vince did, it would be cheaper to buy a section of rod and even a thread die for the end than the $135 for an official piece of rod steel.

Kioti's parts prices seem normally fair but prices for certain parts don't make sense. I'm looking for KB2375 control lever boots because those little rubber pieces are $106 each.

C'mon David, you can fix that rod, Nail down a couple of 2x4's on a table or something to make a "crack" slightly larger than the diameter of the rod, then put the rod in it and use gentle bending force to straighten the rod over a series of bends, It takes practice but YOU can do it!

Yes, just get a maul, drape the loop over something steel like a trailer frame and start tapping until it is straight enough to lay flat-ish on the ground. Or, stick it into your receiver hitch and just use brute strength to get that hoop reasonably straight. Yes, it will mar up concrete a bit, but that is where I usually bang things back into shape...on the concrete shop driveway skirt(heck it's a shop right?) Anyway, continue to tap on it while turning up the humps and smacking them. The rod does not have to be perfectly straight to function, since the sleeve it rides in is over sized.

I have had to straighten mine a couple of times......$135??? NO WAY NO HOW!! The top tube with the threaded section snapped, or rather my neighbor must have thought it looked better "bobbed" so he broke it off for me(grrrr). That part was $26 if I remember right.

Heck I tore mine off the first day! Not good things to have when trying to bushhog in heavy growth. Lol I think you should make it into a dinner triangle so when you're having fun on the farm, the Missus can call you in for din-din.
