Can't figure out the year 480D/LL

I hope this is one of those posts where the response is.. hey noob, it's a 19xx. I recently acquired a 480D/LL CK I've searched quite a bit trying to figure out the year but I keep getting everything but this model and serial number range. In any case it is serial #9864618. Any body know for sure? All my local tractor people just guess. Thanks!

From another site on 580E’s:

Your SE being early 83 should have the dry brakes and the internal parking brake. In 84 the transaxle changed to the parking brake on the input shaft.
I know this isn’t specific, but the parking brake difference is pretty key
