Can you tell me the year of this old Case tractor?

That tractor you got there is a Case model Dc or La. Looks more like a Dc. Made between 1939 to 1953.
To find the year take the first 2 digits of the serial number and subtract 4 to get the year. If you do not know the serial plate is located on the dash panel or if its not there the same number is stamped into the left side (looking from back of tractor) of the clutch housing. Seeing that it has a Case Eagle hitch (3 point hitch) it leads me to believe it is a later model.
An example would be on my Case serial 49xxxxx 49-4=45 So the year is a 1945.
As for the price I have seen them ask anywhere from $500 to $5000 depending on condition and options.
