Can You Make Your Backhoe Dance?

Case is having a rodeo. The 100 Best Operators will get free air fair to Vegas The Top Operator will win a Case TLB valued at nearly $120,000 ! I am not a case dealer, I do not own a Case Backhoe. I would sure like to win a new tlb. It would be fun to go to a dealer and try out their new backhoe. I don't think I would win or get very far along in the competition. I read the article in " COMPACT EQUIPMENT" the August 07 Issue. David

i was talkiing to the dealer about the rodeo a few weeks ago. from what he was saying at the local level its mostly aaboout having fun and being able to play on the machines. they didn't have a date set but i will definitly go when it happens. i spent some time in a new 580 w/ cab ac and all the amenities. i think it was a bad move. amazing how fast you can get spoiled.

I went to ours in WA State and it was pretty cool.

I'm curious as to what backhoe the winner will get? New ones don't cost that high, so I wonder if someone is lucky and gets the black one? But maybe not. I don't know.

No I know, I was just thinking allowed. I have a feeling (only a hunch) that it might be that black one that they sell. You can load up a new backhoe and it would cost $80K, unless I'm off but over $100K, it's gotta be that black one. I'd never use it!

If I could enter my 580C I could hang with those guys but I am not used the new fangled stuff, lol.

I would take that black machine and get it all dusty and scratched up light it was meant to be, then it might not get so hot!

Plus if you get the chrome wheels full of mud they won't blind anyone

JCB have been doing a public display since the 80's called "dancing diggers " where backhoes do ground and elevated dances and drive telehandlers under elevated backhoes , They do this at farm shows and fairs .Many web sites show it , I know it was at NY state fair , I don't know where to look but HE services are the main jcb but tapping "dancing diggers should get it "I think liftech show it , they also have competitions for the public like putting a golf ball with the hoe and lighting a match that is taped to the bucket tooth and a swing ball /skittle competition .
