Just want the title says, can you get a a independent deck lift so you can operate the 3point lift indepeantly of the mower deck?

Not on anything that I know of.

There is not to much that can't be done if you want it bad enough some one could build it. You will need a valve to operate it unless you can configure an electric lift.

That hydraulic control raises and lowers both the 3pt hitch and mower deck together. The design dates back several decades to early models like the B7100. However, the newer BX design is more refined and works better. What application did you have in mind that might require independent controls?

2 things mainly, I want to have a rear bagger vacuum collection system, that runs off either the pto or a small engine. My yard can be a little difficult in areas to have a tow behind, but i dont mind the chance of having to maybe make more dumps.

Second is some kind of hopper, for seeding, fertilzer ect.

I am still looking at the colletion systems, but I think that the trac vac has a aval kit to get around this

A couple suggestions for work arounds for your apps may be to:
1) Secure the MMM in the "Top" posistion. Raise it all the way up and turn the depth gauge to Top. This will keep the MMM locked in the highest position no matter what position the 3PH is.

2) Either pin the top of the 3PH down links to the two "eyes" which "locks" them in a permanent set position or use check chains.
I use check chains to keep my 3PH mounted cyclone rake hitch at a semi permanent height. This keeps it from bottoming out the front of the cyclone rake when I lower the MMM. It also keeps it level which makes it very easy to mount/dismount.

JD makes an independant hydraulic lift for the 2210/2305 but not many use it. It uses one of the FEL's hydraulic circuits which robs that particular function from the FEL. I'm not sure but I think that you have to manually swap lines inorder to swap between the independant lift and full FEL operation.

You could add a remote hydraulic valve and rig up a cylinder or even try an electric actuator, if you do keep us posted. It could be a profitable endeaver :D

Hangnail,
Sounds like you need to look at the Kubota grass catcher. It runs off the PTO and apparently is not affected by the 3 point hitch position.

the kubota system has bags though right, i would rather not have bags, im not even that keen on the trac vac becasue of the barrels, but would deal with it for its compactness

I built an electric lift for my JD 2305. I wanted to keep free both the 3 point and loader hydraulics. I built a bracket that mounts on the existing axle mount and used an Ironton linear actuator with a telescoping arm in place of the 3 point arm supplied with the deck. It is slower than the 3 point, but worth the little extra time.

I have a BX2200 with the pto driven bagger. There is no conflict with the bagger and the MMM or the hydraulics of the 3pt lift. All designed to work fine with each other. Yes, it has 3 bags and is well made. Not sure why you want to avoid bags (?) Anyway, back to the deck lifting: Kubota has this kludge for lifting the deck that involves a cupped lever over the rear 3ph lift arms linked to rods running up to pivots for raising and lowering the deck. It would be very easy to simply remove the rods and cupped levers so the 3pt hitch is no longer involved. Then devise what ever strikes your fancy to move the same pivot arms to raise and lower the deck. The electric car seat actuators come to mind. I'd go that way rather than adding a hydraulic remote which is not only rare on that machine but costs an arm and a leg. A little hard to tell what you have in mind.
