Can someone point me to good Ford F150 forums?

I do not like the basic f150forum, the aesthetic is poor, and the site is too popular, which means it is flooded with both good responses and terrible, useless ones. People often respond about your question about a newer f150 by telling you what their junked out old 2002 f150 is like. Pointless.

If you're buying a new f150, head to f150gen14.com, it is by far the best.
If you buy an ecoboost f150 and want solid advice or have technical questions, f150ecoboost.net is also terrific. But a lot smaller member count, so sometimes a little slow. The responses you get there are on point, though.

I tried nearly all of them (too many choices) when shopping and then buying my 2019. Definitely enjoying researching, planning and carrying out my mods. Starting to get close to how I want it.

I got the iconic silver but I really like that color too.

Where you at D'Oh? Anywhere near Sault Ontario? I had a good friend that was my salesman but he left the dealership because they were becoming too corrupt. He used to tell all his customers the truth and they didn't like that. But I have two Ford dealers in town anyway.

I am thinking on my next truck of dropping down from my F250 and GMC 3500 pickups with 2.5" receivers to an F150. Is there a 2.5" receiver made for the F150 so I don't have to buy all new hitches?

I have never heard of 2"-2.5" only the other way around. Even Max Tow Package on a F150 only has the 2" receiver.

I haven't seen anything like that yet. Even "etrailer" and if they don't have it, it probably doesn't exist. But a Good Shop could fabricate one easily. In fact, there is 3"-2.5" reducing sleeves available that could be welded to a 2" receiver.

In what ways? Reliability? Or just your personal preference?

The other thread going about towing 10k, pushed me to investigate payload ratings, and it seems most Tundras are just for homeowners to play, not really for any serious work. I do like the new turbo-6 engine, but if the truck's payload is only 1200 lbs, come on.
