Flail Mower Can someone help me out

I am looking for a manuel for a Ford 917L flail mower and some replacement knifes (need to replace them all) The roller seems like there is a bushing or bearing missing not sure what is supposed to be there. I am new to this forum so hope I'm in the right place.:laughing:

I was on that site, they have the original knifes $8.81 each I need 96 of them. They have one that they make for .62 cents each. Has a 3/8 hole original has a 7/16 hole. Would need new pins but would that make it to sloppy?
