Can my stock Titan legally/ safely tow my tractor on a trailer?

I think you will be fine. I towed my DK50/CAB, FEL, Grapple, and Rotary Cutter on a 18ft 14K trailer behind my 2005 Titan Crew Cab with no problems. Weight was 9800 lbs, so I was over, but didn't have any issues. I also had a WD hitch on it. I was over because of the extra FEL bucket.

No, to be honest I have not payed attention to late model GM 1/2 tons other than one customer with a 4x4 2011 or 2010 and it has small mirrors. I have looked at all the other brands in the last few months and they all had the bigger mirrors like a Super Duty.

It was not a jab. It was what I thought they came with. I know the F-150, Titan, Tundra, and Ram all came with the bigger mirrors but did not know it was a option on the GM trucks.

I guess trailer weights must really vary. I have an 18' 7000 lb trailer that weighs 1879 lbs according to the title. It is a heavy build trailer but it seems odd it would weigh 600 lbs or more than other 7000 lb trailers.

Standard Car Hauler

This is the Tandem Car hauler i have. The site here dosent list a weight but the manufacturer said about 1500lbs (if i remember right?), i called them. Others i have asked said either 1200 - 1500 is a good estimate. Even at 1500 that is 300+ lbs lighter. It dosent have brakes but what will 1 axle add, maybe 50lbs?

I have a titian with heavy tow package and tow my 4105 with bucket and 6foot shredder. It pushes 7000#.
I got my trailer In package deal with tractor. It has beefier camber axles installed and don't forget those trailer brakes make world of difference. Also bought a B&M trailer hitch ball 2" and 2 & 5/16 combo the 2" says it is rated at 7500# on the ball.
My titian pulls it without a problem.

I have a question. Don't jump on me but the Kubota website says the heavest your tractor goes is 3748 lbs where did you come up with your weight? It seems like everyone overstates the weight of their tractors. What am I missing?

Kubota Grand L3940 HST + foldable ROPS: 3,627 lbs
Front end loader (model LA724): 1,168 lbs
Bucket (model "Square 72", "Quick Attach"): 331 lbs
Water weight in rear tires (tire size 17.5L-24): 515 lbs each
Total: 6,156 lbs

... plus a worst-case 3PH implement estimated at 1,000 lbs, plus some extra junk such as chain, the canopy I made, tools, etc. = estimated likely-worst-case total of 7,250 lbs.
