Flail Mower Can I handle this flail mower?

My tractor is a Mitsubishi MT3201D(35 HP, 32 PTO HP). Does anyone know if it would handle an 88" heavy duty Mott flail mower.

I'd say it depends on what you are trying to cut. I would imagine you won't have any trouble lifting the mower and clearly you have enough power to turn the rotor. If you are mowing pasture and don't let things get too tall I'd guess you would be ok. If you are trying to bush hog in brush or cutting tall pasture grass you will probably be disappointed unless you are happy going slow.

I run a 72" flail with "V" knives with 25 PTO HP. I have no problems either with what I cut or speed but I cut only what the mower is designed for.
It's rated for "up to 1" material.

I have .34 hp per inch.
You will have .36 hp per inch.

I think you will be ok.

Like islandtractor said, just be reasonable in what you cut

Thanks for the responses, guys. I had come across that flail mower on ebay and it was close to me. I did bid on it after reading your responses but unfortunately I was outbid.
