Don't do this if you are weak/elderly. You are just asking to be found pinned under a heavy tire.
This is the type of job if you want to tackle it yourself, at least have 1 extra person there -- even if they are just standing there watching you, but like others said, have someone strong.
OR ultimately have it professionally serviced.
