Can I buy a 24hp Iseki for under $3,000.00 ???

I would like to purchase a 2 wheel drive Iseki. I would prefer one that hasn't been repainted and all dolled up. This is going to be a work horse not a show piece. Is this unreasonable? How much would a tiller add to the price?

N.E. South Dakota. I would prefer a TS or TL. Would consider a TU as at my age the flat floor does make it easier to get on and off. I have been in the metal fab. bussiness for many years and plan to build a small loader for it. 500lbs max lift load. I know about the frames on the TU's but at this load I don't think it should be a problem. My back has given out on me and I need something to help move things and some yard work. Thanks
