I'm buying a JD from someone and they don't know a thing about JD. I'm wondering if anyone know this Model / Year?

Seller said it's Late 60's to Early 70's

It's $200.00 ... It is worth it?

For $200.00 if it runs, it most likely will be worth it to you..doesn't look like it still cuts grass...Will it pull a wheelie? If so it needs a ROPS?? you did ask.. I see the name plate right above the shifter, if readable it should provide the model? It is a neat seat..

Model # is 70. Should have a Tecumseh engine. IIRC about amid 70's yr model. SN should be on the tag on the dash.

Also looked on youtube, it looks like Model # 60 more than #70?
