Can anyone identify this old hay rake????

I was given this old hay rake, it looks bad but it works. Can anyone identify it? I can't find any tags or anything else to identify the manufacturer. Thanks, Phillip

Cant' seem to get the picture in very well, not that I'd be able to even identify it as a hay rake at all worry about know the brand.
