Can anyone identify this flail mower?

This flail mower is for sale locally. He says he doesn't know what brand or model. He says it works. Asking $800. I'd like a flail mower but can't justify buying a new one at this time.

That looks like the brother to my Mott fine cut flail. A little difference in the lift pin arrangement but otherwise the same.

Easy to get parts.
