Can anyone ID this tractor?

My dad just bought this Kubota but we're not sure what model it is. It's believed to be an '85 year model but we're not sure what tractor model it is or who the manufacturer of the engine is.

There's no info on the tractor itself.

We're looking for ANY info that would help.

Looks like a Kubota b7100 HST.... what is the full serial number? My b7100DT starts with something like b7001..... On mine the serial number is on the left side near where your ankle would be. Not sure on the HST models.

I will agree with Charles on the B7100HST, it looks much like mine and the serial number will begin with the model number and is located near your foot on the left side foot platfo

I would have to agree with the other posters about the model. I think you will be well pleased with your tractor. It looks to be in good condition. These are stout tractors with really only one weak spot and that is that they have a tendency to over heat. Really important to keep the rad and oil cleaner free of debris. Most of the 7100's that I have seen have a perforated front cover for the rad and cooler that keeps out the larger chunks. Would make a good investment if you can find one.

It looks like a B5200 - a two cylinder rig. Made is the early to mid 80s.

Not as popular as it's big brothers the B7200, B8200 and B9200.

The tractor looks fairly clean and with the mower is worth $3000-4000 if it is solid and it all works.

Thanks for the info everyone! We haven't actually picked up the tractor so the only info that we had were the pics and what little info the owner knew about it.

I'll post back once we pick it up as I'm sure we'll be hunting for some parts for it before long.
