Pretty much like the title says. Thinking of a 1533, how well would it handle a 60" tiller. Seems to be on the real low end of power for a tiller this size and a 48" wont come close to covering the wheel tracks.

Thinking of pairing it with a King Kutter II, hence the 48 and 60" widths.

Our 1523 handled a 47" Kubota turfbuster with no problems, so I do not see why yours would not habdle that.

Hope others will chime in here.

Yes it should handle a 5' tiller with ease. I ran a 5' KK behind a Kubota L2050 25hp.quite a bit smaller tractor and less hp. Just had to go a little slower but could till the ground to powder if I did'nt watch.

I have a 1533 and it handles a 5' KK easily and just covers the tire tracks. If you have new ground that hasn't been worked for a long time you will have to take your time, mainly beacuse the tiller will bounce around. I usually like to plow new ground and then till it up after it sits for about a month.
