Can’t get grapple to work

I have a NH powerstar 75. It has a factory installed remote on the loader. Purchased a grapple and unable to get it to open and close. Contacted dealer. They recommended cycling the grapple up and down and rotating it. Tried it for a few minutes, didn’t seem to help. I loosened some of the fittings near the cylinders to try and bleed out air hoping that might help, but it did not.

According to your picture what you have is a diverter type valve. You should have a switch on the joystick. While holding the switch in or on, move the joystick left or right to open the grapple. If that does not work try holding the switch on and then pull Back and forth on the joystick. Let us know how it goes.
