In guess within 2 weeks. The place was built by three partners which one is now dead and the rest elderly. The one we are dealing seems to have controlling interest. There are other properties showing up we'd like to see as well. We'd call it a buyers market here at this time.

One of the two we looked at yesterday located very near Ontonagon. 90 acres so we hiked some of the trails there. House was a mess.
