Cabs for B2710, price/make?

Don't have one, but if you're interested in a rather integrated type cab, the nicest I've seen would have to be the Laurin cab (see attached photo)... runs $4,000+ but is about as close to a factory cab as I've seen. I have more photos if you're interested, of the rear/interior...

I have a Syms cab with the the soft doors. I love it! I have a front mount snow blower on it so the cab is
a necessity. Came with a 2 speed heater and windshield wiper. As for cost it was a package deal, so I don't
have an exact figure, but I'd guess around $2000.+/-

Von, Other than the factory cab the Lauren is your best bet. A little more $$$$$ than Sims or Curtis, but definitley worth it.
