Price Check Cabbed 3520 price check??

Gentlemen,

Thanks for all info I have received on prior posts. Now i have another ?. Have decided to go with a New 3520 with these options:

Deluxe Cab with factory Radio
Block Heater
Factory Horn
300cx Loader W/ deluxe grill guard (I like the look of it)
Imatch Quick Hitch

Quote is $36,585

Dealer is about 14% off List price from deere website.

He is also giving me a pretty generous trade on my Massey Ferguson too. About $2500 more than anyone else.

What do you all think. Is this a reasonable offer. Just looking for as much advise as I can get. This is a huge investment for me right now.

One more thing. According to the website, The current offer for financing ends at the end of this month. Does anyone have any insight as to what it might change to? Don't want to miss 0%.

after taxes. yeah that's pretty good. 15 percent off is about the norm but he is already taking care of you with the trade in. With that being said, no one else near you will be able to beat it.

After talking to my dealer he finally gave me 0% for 72 instead of the 0% for 60 on the 3320 cab I ordered.....never hurts to ask....

Oops, I did my math wrong. Its only about 11.5% not the 14% I originally thought. Might have to fight for a bit more. Not sure if they will budge considering the trade value they are giving. Your right, no one else has come close to this quote, without going out of state.

Did they give you the 0% for 72 straight up?? or did you have a "fee" associated with it? This is how the 72 month deal was explained to me. I would have to pay about $1000 more for it. Not worth it to me. But, I will definitely ask when I go in next week.

I got the 0 for 72 at no charge...... He knew I was serious about walking out the door if I didn't get a good deal.... Lol......Jd is running 1.9% for 72 around here so it wasn't hard for him to get to 0%........

Hey guys, thanks for the replies. I now have maybe a better opportunity to save on my new tractor. I have sold my Massey, and now am trying to work a deal with no trade. What do you guys think? Is not having to deal with a trade worth $1000 to $2000? What are some experiences out there?

Around here, that is a very good price. Possible your dealer might be able to do a little better with no trade, but either way it sounds like he is doing right by you.

Now he's going to have to charge you more to make up on the money he was going to make off your trade-in.

When I purchased my 4520 in 2009 with no trade but $11,000 down I pushed hard and got 17.8% off msrp with the 0% for 48 month financing. Today with longer 60 and 72 month offers that might knock off a few % on the discount price of the tractor. I would walk if I couldn't get atleast 15% off with 60 month financing, there are lots of good tractors available today with good pricing. Hope you can get what you wan't.

x2 here with Steve (jenkinsph). The dealer has more "wiggle-room" with the deluxe models, so 15% is kinda the lowest you should expect - IMO. And, with no trade-in for the dealer to have to discount and re-sell - they should have even more room to work with you.

If they don't - I'd walk.
