cab hardware

Hello,
Do you guys with cabs have to remove the fuel tank to tighten the front left cab hardware bolt? I can access the other 3 points, but not the front left. Bolt spins cause I'm not holding nut underneathe.

I guess no one does this. Just like most don't even read the manual.
