Here are a couple pictures of my final product! You can kind of see in the second picture (the one with the door open) a small jumper seat that I built so my son can help! It evens comes equipped with a seat belt (more to keep him from grabbing levers than for safety :D ) Thanks everyone for the helpful inputs; it was an awesome project to build (not to mention rewarding!)

Forgot to add, the whole cab can be removed by un-doing 6 bolts and two guys lifting it off! The glass is 1/8" Lexan that is bolted on with 1/4"-20 allen drive, pan head bolts. The roof is just 3/8" plywood painted white (tractor is kept indoors so should last a long time). I mounted two halogen driving lights to the top in front for better lighting ($8 Harbor Freight) and an old tractor work light in the rear so I can see my blade while moving snow after dark. I also put a cheap 12v heater inside mounted to the ceiling pointing towards the windsheild as a defroster (another $8 at Harbor Freight!). Everything seems to be working well.

Looks good. Did you make the frame so it would also function as a ROPS? How did you attach the rear supports to the back of the tractor?
